These products are manufactured using premium quality rigid sheet and coated with anti corrosive powder. Further, to direct the arm (swivel by 360°) into any desired location, these are provided with four heavy duty rubber castors that allow ease of movement. These products are thus suitable for various extraction applications. The extraction hood captures the contaminated air thereby separates the rough particles by a prefilter. As a result, through the subsequent main filter the prefiltered air is directed with 99.9 % filter efficiency. Thereafter, the two lateral blow-grids integrated in the machine feed back the clean air to the workshop. The control light indicates required replacement of the filter insert. To facilitate the same, the top cover is folded back.

Clients can avail from our company an array of Welding Fume Extraction and Filtration System, suitable for robotic cell. Different options for the extraction with the KEMPER system 8000 & 9000 are available, by using robotic cells in closed or opened top design. The extraction provided via the ducting connection can be affected, when the robotic cell is completely enclosed. Capacity of required extraction depends on the room volume of the robotic cell. It can either be extracted at source or by means of a hood (if the cell is opened at the top), which will be installed above the robotic cell. The area above robot has to stay clear for loading and unloading the robot by a crane, depending on the mode of operation. This application can be facilitated by using pneumatically driven exhaust hoods, which are controlled via the control of the robot.

Suitable for use at changing workplaces, these filters captured bigger particles and ensure perfect filtration. The working of the main filter, depends on a two step-system of ionization & purification. Raining particles are carried to the ionization wires (with the airflow), where they are charged positive. As a result, the collecting sheets in the main filter are negatively charged and thus separate the particles from the air. The control lights for monitoring the high voltages operating control, operation functions and the on/off switch are clearly arranged on the display. For the automatic start stop & lighting, kit is also integrated into the display by a connection port.
