We hold expertise in providing a broad array of Rapid Heat Systems to the clients. Manufactured using advanced technology, these systems use a non-contact method of electrically heating conductive material. Owing to the high frequency and the alternating current in the coils, the alternating magnetic field is developed. Thorough a magnetic field, the work-piece that creates current flow (eddy currents) within the part is passed. Further, the heat is generated within the material (I²R losses), owing to the resistance to eddy current flow.
Generally used in Boiler industry for heating P91 pipes, header and stub.
