I-Purge Inflatable Purge Dam Systems are the reusable, economical and long term solution for pipe purging. Developed to provide a solution for purging multiple pipes of the same diameter, I-Purge Systems allow welders to efficiently purge, while avoiding the need to replace the system after each use.

Consisting of two polyurethane-coated nylon bladders connected by a flexible spinal tube, I-Purge easily navigates through pipes, including elbows up to 90°. Once the system is in place, welders simply open the purge valve, simultaneously inflating the bladders and introducing noble gas to the weld zone. This expedites the purging process, using only a fraction of the noble gas used by conventional methods!

Once welding is complete, I-Purge quickly deflates, and can be easily inserted into the next weld joint.

I-Purge is suitable for standard welding applications up to 356°F (180°C).
